Training at work?
February 10, 2017, 08:12:49 pm
I work in a climbing gym and on the days I'm working I only have a limited time before and after that I can train in due to school. I have an hour and twenty minutes roughly before and an hour after. I am wondering what is worth my while doing in this time. So far I've been doing the moon campus workout and working on projects on the 45 board. Is this the best use of my time, does anyone have anything else that would be better. I have been climbing for 9 years now and have climbed an 8A boulder for reference. On training days that I am not working on I do the 8A+ (not finishing the one arm slopers or 3 fingers one arm yet) BM2k workout , one arm pull up variations and core. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Please tell me that you're not really complaining about working in a climbing gym and only having two hours and twenty minutes to train on your busy days. Please.
