Time has come to get a new pair of climbing trousers. My problems are that I live nowhere near climby climber shops, and that I'm *quite lanky* Mail order is the way to go, however, I've come a cropper on at least two occasions with the hope it fits approach and ended up with nice pairs of half-masts. 

I've glanced over the boulderization pantalones thread—I know for a fact that the Simond ones mentioned are too short (I'm ~33-4 waist and ~34-5 inside leg). Any beta from fellow lanks would be handy

I'm the same as you trouser size wise (33 waist, 34 long leg) and I just get used to having shorter bouldering trousers. As long as I don't wear them out who cares! I have mediums in the Simond jeans aamd they're atlleast 5cm too short, but didn't want them baggy or slack around the waist.

Mountain Equipment do long leg length versions of all their trousers. The Beta pant and Hope pant are non techy trou designed for rock/bouldering.

You can get pranayama stretch zions in all sorts of leg length and waist diameter combinations from bananafingers

Good advice, cheers all. I would go half mast but I own so few pairs of trousers I prefer multi purpose pub/crag/work affairs. Will punt for some Prana's.

I'm not great with leg length, how tall are you? I use the Simond climbing jeans too, and they are fine on me length wise

I'm 6'4 or so. IIRC I tried the Simonds on a few years ago in the big Decathlon near Font. Perhaps the cut has changed, but tomtom of similar inseam seems to think a degree of half-mastery is to be expected. Those less bright 3rd rock ones look to be longish, but £65 is gonna be hard for me to stomach.

I've a small waist, so those long Enough seem a bit baggy.

Ah ok I'm 6 ft 2 and lengthwise they are just about ideal for me, so you will probably get som ankle flapping.
