Will have to check this out - had not come across them but this year I did stumble upon their album they did in 2015 with Ghostface Killah, which is very good.

That was a very good album too last year. IV has a different feel but still good listening.

[Falling Down]

There's some crackers on here... keep 'em coming.  Loads of great music this year.

I've been listening to Oren Ambarchi's "Hubris" for the last couple of weeks.  With a cast of luminaries and an addictive Krautrock/Techno template this well sneaks in as a late entry.

Urban Dawn's Gothenburg Cluster is pretty good. Especially the track Black Notes.
Initially, I found skeleton tree a bit underwhelming, but it is growing on me with every listen.

Only think I've really enjoyed this year that I've not see mentioned is the collaboration between Hamilton Leithauser and Rostam on I Had a Dream That You Were Mine.

A Cosmic Rhythm With Each Stroke.  One for the Jazz heads. An amazing album.
