My elbows have started grumbling, and I think it's related to some tightness in my brachioradialis.

To get some effective self-massage going, does anyone have an Armaid they're looking to sell? (or loan?)

You tried doing the brachioradialis stretch in the Dr Julian Saunders "Dodgy Elbows" Article? Armaids are good but very expensive, i can get nearly as good with a foam roller if i use it right.
