recommend me a cheap compact

What I want is a small camera capable of shooting decent video, i.e. of a quality that looks ok on vimeo etc. I don't want a go pro type thing. Budget max £200. Is this possible, should I get a video camera...confused!

you can get a used one for under 60 quid, which for me means that I carry it about and use it more than I would a more costly piece

there are probably better options available for more money
