Astronomy / Stargazing Books
April 19, 2016, 12:05:59 pm
Something I've always been interested in and about to invest in a new camera with Astrotracer capability, so thinking of a new book to help me along.

Anyone got any suggestions in the £15 to £25 mark?

Is this a good choice?

Thanks

Not a book, but if you have an android smartphone Sky Map should be a good app to help you identify stars, planets, etc..

I've always been interested too and enjoyed myself a lot playing with a small telescope when I was a child.

Yeah I've got that thanks. The Mobile Observatory App on Android is good too, for a few pounds/euros.

Never read that book Chris. I often recommend "Turn left at Orion" but it's more focussed towards using a small telescope.
