Bouldering without instructor and someone with knowledge/experience can be very dangerous to anyone and that is the reason of searching someone that will show the basics and train a newbie how to not hurt yourself during the climbing :) Any help appreciated as the internet and sport sites like this: https://zoptamo.com/uk don't help.

Saltbeef is now doing coaching? I'd go with him then, he doesn't look like he'd focus too heavily on the extreme dieting side of things which would suit me.

just make sure you don't end up with a crossfit faggot - it's probably the least helpful of all processed meat

(and so never gets mentioned on here)

I think this is just the Hors d'oeuvre, to be honest.
He's too minced by his new employee grind. His schedule is too fillet, to concentrate. Might become a bit of a Beef between you.
I can't see how he can sandwich it in.
