So I decided to try out the rockfax app, seems like a quick convenient way to get a guide book for a specific area. I downloaded the sample guides which worked fine, and then trialed paying for an area I want to visit to see how that worked out. Seems to download OK in the 'downloads' section, but then failed to appear in the 'my crags' section. Tried deleting and redownloading, tried close app and restarting, and after that, well, my technical apility runs out. Could this be a memory issue with the phone, or maybe a signal issue (it's over 3G but with apparently good connection)? I wondered if anyone has used the app and had a similar problem, or is good with this sort of thing and could think of a fix? Might just be my incompetence, could be missing something obvious!
