thats like the foundry board in reverse.

are a lot of those holds wager holds? are they any good - i've been recomended em..... innit.

i've now got 7 bolt-ons on mine and about 30 screw-on footholds. made a pucker wood crimp but i broke it. also some footholds broke on screwing them in - well what do you get when you win free shit off planetqear.

Mainly Oxley, French Rock and Holdz. With the old old skool one thrown in.

We are going to push the bulge back and add a bit of a roff soon aswell. Give it a wider feel, so you can take advantage of the whole board at once

Yo Dave,

My holds are almost all Wager.

Tim Wager's a top bloke, he stopped in at my gaff on the way to Cornwall and sold me 180 holds and screw-ons (with screws), 200 t-nuts and 200 bolts all for 180 squids which I reckon was pretty good.

The only criticism I've got is that they can be a bit abrasive.  Other than that, they've sorted me out nicely.

Typical aussies. A perfectly good roof crack to traverse, but they stick bolt-ons all over it :?

ok, so this issue is very important for me.

you know italy is actually a third world country. the city i live in treats changements like plague. despite being one of the richest in italy, its proved impossible for our climbers association to raise funds for a mini-gym.

im thinking about building one in my garage. it could come out 3 meters tall, very overhanging (45-50°), two meters wide.
is it worth the money and work, considering the training possibilities?

please advice.
thanks guys.

Yes, it is absolutely worth it!!  My climbing standards went up 2 full grades when I started using my basement facility consistently. Plus it gets one away from the wife and kids for a bit.

Mind, I'm old and weak, so virtually anything I do will help a bunch!

my cellar board is about the same size as you describe. and yes it was totally worth building and i use it a lot, and you have to use em regular to get the benefits.

On the other hand, i would say that if you need to ask if its worth building then it may not be for you - There are so many unused cellar boards out there that people build on a whim and then never use after the first few months, you don't need to add to that number. I say if you are 100% psyched for it genuinley then go ahead and you'll love it, but if you're not and you know it deep down then don't bother, the money will be better spent on a climbing wall emmbership or something.
