simes,
is the angular built any better than a simple flat wood? it increases the possibilities of placing holds or footwork?
please advice, were getting busy here...

theyre good for having shitty small holds on but I dont reckon you end up moving your feet as much as on plain boards.

Nice board simes, wish i could move into that house now.

they're really good for small spaces, but you can't beat a long overhanging one piece ply if you've got the room. simes board does look good

"You can also do double dynos where you move both hands simultaneously (a great way to impress the hottie in the bouldering cave – scream really loud before hand to make sure she's watching)."

Aha! so thats what youre supposed to do!

I think I'd want a few more holds to be honest. You must end up just doing massive moves all the time.

Not Bleaustone, I think they're French Rock. If anyone wants to check out bleaustone holds, the Matrix in Sheffield has just had a complete re-set with bleaustone-MINT. Proper nice interesting holds

Leeds wall is also boasting a large amount of Bleaustone hold problems at the moment, with a few routes sporting majority Bleaustone holds too.  I am very impressed with them, and they certainly make you think a lot more about what you are doing, as you are never really sure how good the pockets, etc. are going to be due the large range of different shapes.

Thay don't knacker your skin as much either, which is obviously a bonus...

They're French Rock Monster Jugs. Got them originally for my daughter to swing about on, they however have proved a very useful addition for me!

I sandpapered them down a bit to get rid of the roughness to save the skin.

does anyone know who made those triangular shaped holds, that came in various sizes (thicknesses). They were a grey colour with a different colour insert depending on their size. They came in 4mm,8mm,12mm, 16mm, and 20mm sizes. The three sides were negative, flat, and positive, so could be rotated to make things harder or easier.

thanks.
