OK, finally saw someone who climbs there quite a bit.
The routes over on the left aren't super steep - they go through an overhang then up a more vertical section above. However, they're not the most beautiful routes up there (literal translation), the main attraction is the big overhanging wall.
There isn't really an up to date topo.
Other things - if the wind isn't blowing then it can be too hot and oppressive. The ideal is to have about 15km/h north wind. Always take a duvet jacket (especially if it's windy). Also, the left hand side starts to get the sun about 17h, so it's better to get up there earlier, but you'd not be wanting to walk up at midday anyway.
