For all things Vag (so Skoda) you should use Matt at Authaus Dolby. Best garage I've ever dealt with by a country mile.

Same thing on happened on my cars few weeks back and I thought it was the exhaust. Turned out to be a flap of metal that had come loose so they just chopped it off for free.
