just in case you want to climb "slip bouse" in st leger.

climb the neighbouring route "l'assiette c+" first and have a look at the 4th bolt, which saves you a groundfall in case you miss the route's bouldery crux.

it looks dangerous, to me, but it is nearly impossible to notice from below, so if you go ground up you will probably end up falling on it, as i did.

If it is a 12 mm bolt I wouldn't be overly concerned. It is not super rare to see bolts like this in crumbly lime stone. These bolts are super burly and the expanding sleeve is set fairly deep into the rock. The bolt is also mostly supported by the rock in the direction of pull, but even if it sticks out a bit a new 12 mm can take a lot of shear force.
