I'd like to be able to listen to music / podcasts etc. through my car stereo and despite the person who spec'd my car going nuts on extras, there's no Aux in.
Having looked into it, you can easily hook it up to the wiring loom on the factory fitted satnav unit, but as that's one of the few things that works (not quite but I'm not touching it
) I'm leaving well alone. Besides, I'll be changing car shortly I'd imagine.
I've got a really old FM transmitter and it's terrible. Are the newer ones better / worth looking into? TomTom recommended the Belkin (I'm guessing TuneCast) but they're quite a few FAs!
