moving to squamish
July 16, 2014, 03:37:24 pm
so, have the possibility of moving to squamish as my wife has been offered a job there.
anyone got any experience in finding work/accommodation there?
worked as an instructor in the UK (MIA, UKCC paddling quals...) but been working construction since moving to canada a year ago. (Unfortunately the quals don't transfer)
there is practically no rental accommodation there at the minute but the move wouldn't happen until end of sept.

Any tips/advice greatly appreciated

I live down the road in North Van, but Habrich is Mr Squamish and will be able to give far more relevant advice.

Good luck - very cool place to live.

I don't think he'd be terribly successful at that... "Hey kids, so we're going to have so much fun today, first thing, let's disentangle some of the misconceptions that have led to unbalanced valuations of private banks in debt-stressed nations, and then..."
