I was filling in some gaps in my Almscliff tick list and I came across an unnamed problem from Total Climbing Yorkshire Grit Bouldering Volume 1: Area 9a problem 2. Page 38.
7B. SDS. From the pocket under the roof climb the wall via the lay-aways.
The right hand pocket under the roof is obvious, I just don't know where to put my left. There are two side pulls within reach of the floor, the highest (which I used) makes the problem ok, the lowest makes it absolutely desperate. Does anyone know if I've simply skipped the crux by starting higher?
Also, does anyone know if said problem has a name? I think it's brilliant and can't believe I've only just come across it.
Cheers
