The big question is how long from completion until it is covered in spray paint or have chav sat on top chucking glass bottles at it

Sorry for reviving this topic, I don't visit this forum as often as I should!

Anyway, yes I am involved with this project and if you are local you may have picked up on the news that we have funding and the project is going ahead! Preliminary site work commences in the next few weeks, the boulder should be completed by August.
