blueband/ rattle and hump link ups

with big brassband "blue band (strict) into rattle and hump (hard way)" do you eliminate the right hand pocket still and just crank through on one arm?

bluehumps (strict) "blueband (strict) into rattle and hump (easyway)", do you eliminate the 3 finger jug/pocket?

thought it best asking as this is peak limestone

also as a side note, is there an official starting position on staminaband?

Bluehumps is big brassband. Name changed after a thread on here about it IIRC. Final pocket is out.

Stamina starts on left facing flake not on the good pockets
