I've just re-started the CWP diet fingerboard routine and I'm rotating inwards on my right hand. Left hand I can do the hang and remain in position whilst on my right hand (which is weaker) I internally rotate such that it's hard to control the hang. Anyone know what muscle group this would be? Seems like it could be a lot of options in the chain from fingers to lat/lower back?
I'm 11 weeks post-surgery on my back, don't remember having this much rotation last time I did the workout at the beginning of the year.
