They are cheap at the minute (£50 at rock+run).... Does the quality reflect this cheapness? I am after some new stiffish edging shoes for routes. Are these worth a punt? Anyone got any better bargain suggestions that fits the bill?

I almost put these back in the shoebox without trying them on, they looked that bad! I didn't rate them in the end, felt very clumpy and I'm still not sure about the evolv rubber on glassy limestone. It's fine on plastic though...

I'm out of the loop on current good deals, so can't help you there unfortunately.
