My apple

Been working this today with the winter sessions beta, I've now discovered that there is a more logical method which is "fairly obvious" can anyone shed any light on it please?

Yes, I did the FA a ridiculous hard way. It's strangely easy to miss the obvious and get locked into bad beta on first ascents I've found. Have since done it the other way and I think it's 7a+ rather than the 7b I gave it originally.

I tried this last April and keen to get back on it this season, could either of you shed any light, I haven't seen the film winter sessions. I was basically getting to the bottom of the overhung corner feature, tried to get poor smears for my left and couldn't get much through them, then trying to go up into a poor bit of the crack.

Sounds a bit vague, but only had one session in the spring, any knowledge wold be appreciated. Cracking problem.

You get RF on the aretey bit at the base of the crack , then slap up the crack with LH, LF goes on a thin edge on the lip at some point.
