I know this sounds ridiculous but... A few weeks ago, I started carrying my bag for work without the shoulder strap, just by the handle. This produced a nice elbow pain on my left arm. I think that I may have hyperextended the elbow, while at the same time loading the tendons in a new way. The pain is located on the outside of the elbow, but not in the place of the epicondilitis. It's painful to fully extend the arm and pinching and it goes down a bit along the muscle. With a bent arm, pinching is fine. No other major problems. Any idea about what it could be and how to get rid of it? I am currently using antiinflammatory patches. Any excercises I could do? Thanks.
is "briefcase" the right word?
When I see you all I'll beat you with my bag.
It could be pursitis from underneath the tricep tendon?
