Rubicon Eliminates?
August 14, 2006, 09:09:53 am
Spent a good couple of hours at Rubicon yesterday afternoon for the first time in a few years and had forgotten how good some of the problems are.

Anyway, I thought if anyone has a photo of the traverses wall we ought to tap the collective knowledge of UKB and get some obscure eliminates and puke inducing endurance circuits marked up.

Anyone got a photo to start with?

classic stamina linkup is the lowest traverse into the groove at the left. its like a 6b climbers version of powerband into pump up the power.

Better still link the three traverses then up the groove
or maybe climb the three traverses both ways L-R and R-L

I have a photo of the wall but not the holds amrked up yrt

R-man sent me some good pictures of the wall but I'm up in Aberdeen on a clients PC so can't do any editing - I'll do it this Friday.

Waking the dead here...

But I have come up with a bunch of eliminates on the traverses, specifically replicating moves from the powerband sequence.

Do you have the photos? Would you still be up for coming up with a pseudo eliminate training guide for this area?
God knows it can't get much more polished...
