Shameless elf publicity, I know, but my limited edition signed copy of Messner's "My Life..." landed with a satisfying thump on the doormat this morning. Unfortunately, there isn't that much bouldering in it (and no sit starts at all) but there's some useful advice on how to kill chickens with a pair of sharp scissors and the pros and cons of eating ice cream with girls.
