Hi, my name is Danger and I run a climbing website in Taiwan.
I've recently written up
an article on Climber's Elbow. It's quite comprehensive and, I think, useful to climbers even outside of Taiwan so I'd thought I'd share.
The article is based mainly off an excellent(but wordy) write up by Dr. Julian Sanders as well as some of MacLeod's writings on elbows and eccentric training, but I think the videos, pictures and antagonist section make it valuable in it's own right.
Anyways, hope this helps someone here out and any and all feedback greatly appreciated!
