Silverdale conditions
May 27, 2024, 10:34:05 am
Anybody care to hazard a guess on conditions in the Silverdale area next weekend? Got a weekend of camping planned.
Thinking usual suspects, Woodwell, Warton, Trowbarrow. Maybe Hyning Wood, Fairy Steps and Cringle…

I know Trowbarrow is pretty reliable but not sure how seepy the others get so a “from the rockface” report would be appreciated if anyone local/recently visited.

Thanks

Was over for a walk today so popped in to main area for a quick survey. Not Bad, Rigpa and Whistler all dry bar some slight seepage in low cracks, all would have been climbable and actually good nick with the breeze. Would assume over t’ will be in a similar state. Doesn’t look like too much rain this week so reckon will be game on next weekend, if a little warm from the long range!
