I am fascinated by the fact that someone has "disliked" the film about Don Whillans
Lagers, i'm sure there's an explanation but i'm lazy and on my phone, but why can't i give you karma for helping me with the vids?

Quote from: whealiebob on March 19, 2013, 01:23:20 pmA few days ago one of my mates phoned me banging on about all these cool old films that had appeared on UKC, so I got excited and had a look (first time i'd been there in weeks). I wasn't massively surprised to find out they were mine, but couldn't help thinking they were being a bit cheeky not giving us the recognition.Just noticed there's now been an edit of the original news item, correcting that.

viewer age stats for the Whillans vidthis video has been watched mostly by fat male ex-climbers whilst drinking beer that qualifies climbing as a mainstream sport worthy of widespread media coverage and sponsorshipwhich in turn means that it should be in the Olympics

Don't have a copy but that did remind me of this
Insert UKC style "Nazi Germany" comment here.
Have to agree, any climbing magazine that starts with "Heading Outside, how to climb on rock" shows how pathetic and culturally moribund, and controlled by statist leftist social engineering, our society has become.
