With the trip looming and my camera bag being far too heavy the decision has been made to upgrade my plastic fantastic 50mm for the Canon 1.4 version and to fund this the Canon 85mm f/1.8 has to go.

Its a great lens, very sharp (I can provide samples) and in really good condition (there's a <1mm scuff on the distance window, I still have the box).

On my current body I had to apply focus adjustment, on my last, the 550d I didn't. Either way, its nowhere near the end of the adjustment scale.

Ideally I'd like to swap this for a Canon 50mm 1.4 so I don't have to sell and then buy but as long as the finances cover the latter I'm happy to sell to a UKB'er.

(This also means I'll have a 50mm f/1,8 II for sale shortly if anyone is in the market?).

Anything other than the small scuffs along the bottom of the distance window (see the last shot for that in the greatest detail) are highlights reflected from my kitchen spot-lights.
