French 4?, yes - any creature with four limbs and control over them should be able to onsight French 4 in brogues. But how about French 5+? You talk the talk Mr Slopes, but if you walk the walk (in legal issue footwear) and supply photo evidence along with belayer corroboration, I'll send you a free guide. I'm relying on your good character not to fiddle the evidence.
