Following on from this thread, here's the UKB cycling jersey sponsored by The Climbing Works:


The Climbing Works have generously offered to sort out ordering and distribution of these.

This thread is for Pre-orders. Pre-orders will close on Monday 3rd December. Lead time is around 5 weeks, so the jerseys should be available start of January.

Payment will be made through teh Climbing Works shop - either with a "pick up from the CW" option, or with p&p added.

UKBer prices will be £21.20 for road jerseys and £26.00 for BMX/freeride jerseys (not including p&p, design is the same for both but Freeride jerseys have long sleeves and v-neck). These prices MIGHT change by a couple of quid.

Road jerseys are available in RACE or CLUB cut - despite us being a bunch of skinny gets, the CLUB cut is probably a better bet. Size charts are as follows (I've just realised that this doesn't include Freeride jerseys - I'll try and get these sizes):

Don't mock! I am tall and normal tops pull out of my trousers whilst climbing and leave my lower back exposed - resulting in me feeling cold out of all proportion to the area of bare skin.

I'm a bit nervy about that size choice. I've a 34" chest and 14.5" half waist size which would put me slap bang in Race cut small category. Is the race cut that improbable? I'm assured that I am too skinny for my own good by those who know me.

Freeride jersey sizing info :

the BMX/Freeride top is looser fitting like a T shirt so sizing is less critical than for the more fitted garments.  If you go by our recommended chest size for club jersey it will be correct.  However if you are planning to wear over body armor then you may need to go larger!

So go by chest sizes as shown in the first yellow line here, but go up a bit depending on size of body armour or any woks you might be planning on smuggling:

We had 2 GB Cycling Team cars in today, couldn't work out who they were so no Sir Chris or Ms Pendleton, but would be cool if we could get one of the tops onto one of them

It should do. It seemed like it was all about to be done. Has anybody any idea about what happened or where it stalled? If we've got a design and orders (that should probs be confirmed after this time) then it can't be too hard to start again and get some quotes.

Yes, sorry. The whole thing stalled, and I've not managed to find the time to get it going again (and I think we could do better with the design).
