not unless it has been moved to north aberdeenshire, tilted 25 degrees, remodelled in quartzite with a letterbox halfway up. About the right height, landing is less forgiving though.

I am all for sandbagging but.......font 6a

If only grading was that simple. X+Y can equal a whole range of different grades depending on factors too numerous and interconnected to go into.

I was just teasing. As Bonjoy says, it's a bit tricky to grade from afar. Also, uk 6c and 6b are pretty vague grades, covering a wide spectrum of difficulty. Could be a font 7A into a 6B, in which case it's possibly 7A/+ - or it could be a 7C into a 7A+, in which case it might be 7C+...

...on paper.

Apologies for straying on here, I read the title "grade my eliminate" and my eyes automatically converted jack.g to johnny.g
U can't grade something from a few words strung together, for instance how many mono's has it got?

If the 6c move isn't that hard and the 6b move is approaching a rest then it's probably about fr8c

Brilliant, loads of helpful responses there  :wall: anyone got Si'Os contact details?

Thought it would be reasonably straight forward, two moves, easy 6c into 6b, I was thinking 7a+ but it will be my first so a bit aprehensive.

Chris, good guess. Was there on Sun and looked at straightening out Nimo instead of coming in from the left and using the side-pull on Lost at Sea.
"No-man" goes SS and direct to the letterbox via tiny crimp for RH, then up the headwall as per the original (font 6b+)
"Nautilus" is the eliminate in question which goes from the No-man SS straight to the letterbox and then straight to the lip, very very good.

Was going to ask if you can give an eliminate 3 stars, personnally i dont think so simply because it is eliminate  :worms:

As far as I can remember, on One Summer at the end of the video there is a list of all the problems climbed, with British Tech grade and Font conversion. 6c tech made for Font 7b.
Ps. It's certainly morpho.
Pps. I did it years ago, thought 6c+, forgot about it. Sorry.

In spite of discovering it, I've yet to pull on at the place, need to come up for a session in spring. And eliminates don't get starred!

As Chris says - eliminate = nostar!

Go for 7A. I've made the mistake of opting for a higher grade for a FA and regretted it later. I now think you're better to be honest but stingy.  If you know it's Brit 6C into Brit 6A then how can you not know the Font grade

All the short Dumby Brit 6Cs get Font 7A MAX!
