Any hints and tips on this one - it looks a bit thin in the middle - is the top OK?

Ledge - good rail above it - stretch up and right for a crimp - rock onto ledge and get sidepull/undercut with left - get crimp with right - top (good). You can have a nosy from above. Good problem.

What this guy said. Basically its ok once you get stood onto that ledge/jug.

There are holds, you just can't see a couple of them unless one of the anti-Clean Hand Gang crowd have been on it.
