Hey, I live close and have been climbing there since the first day. I don't think there's anything left on the web. There is a small topo in an old Italian guidebook about climbing in Tuscany and Elba Island.
http://www.rockclimbing.com/routes/Europe/Italy/Tuscany_and_Emilia-Romagna/SassoFortino/Getting to the boulders is easy, as the above link shows.
Sassofortino was a volcano, there's a red/white marked path that makes the tour of half of its base and then crosses the top to the other side. The boulders are spread along this path or are visible from it.
Could be well mossy now, it does not see many climbers.
If you're around in the weekend I could give you a tour, I work during the week though.
Let me know.
