Tuesday 2 hours at school wall – did the 4 low/mid 7’s quickly (strong) , 30 mins power yoga, add on game,
campusing etc
Wednesday Double session on school wall, pm and evening – mileage
Thursday pm Conditioning and hangboard (1 ˝ hours)
Friday Disappointing session at the school wall banging head against new hard(ish) crimpy power/balance problem at the
school wall – tired and poor skin
Saturday Rest
Sunday School wall – did every problem on the wall including Friday’s stopper 1st go
7b/7b+, felt very good – did all the
hard problems (7’s) first go
