This is interesting. I wonder if campusing is really about fast twitch fibers, unless it's double dynos at your max.
There was a study from Marvin Miranda telling that the reaction times in campusing plyometrics are too slow to be considerd real plyometric effort.

I would imagine it has nothing to do with fast twitch fibres and everything to do with learned habits - look at how Toby climbs! I swear if he became significantly more dynamic in his style and upped the pace massively, he'd climb 8c not 8b.

Not having a go, just constructively criticizing; i've had recent opportunities to observe Toby!
