As the title says really...
I've got a Red Chilli pad which is fine for most things (I think, having never fallen on much else), but was looking at getting a second, probably larger, pad - partly to boost confidence on higher climbs, but also just for taking mates out when we need more than one pad.
Pretty stumped by the amount of choice - was originally thinking Alpkit but they're not available yet, and the Phud is pretty small compared to my current one.
GoOutdoors have "Climb X" brand mats which I don't think I want to get as a vague protest for ripping off MadRock (Not that I have any affinity with MadRock - just on principle), and then there just seems to be so much choice I end up just looking at the colours which isn't the best thing to base my choice on.
I have no experience of taco mats, and so am not fussed either way.
