Dow was most definitely dry yesterday, plus it's a good option for avoiding the sun in hot weather- only gets the morning sun. Lots of people know this though, so it was rather busy. Mate said Scafell was fine on Sat, though a little too windy on East Buttress. I guess that's what you're wanting to know...
But realistically it's not rained up here in quite a while (over a week)- so most of the high crags will be dry.
