so, just what the title says. anyone here got the rough cuts?
I could do with a new mat, am interested in these, so I was wondering if anyone is using them and what are they like.
the very first production has that strange elastic closure that seems gone on the second batch.
what about the foam? they changed the densities and thicknesses, and I think that now there are three layers and not the usual two.

Not tried one, but I'm not sure about the elastic closure system.. Good for closing up the pad quick, but I wonder how easy it'd be to catch feet etc.. in the elastic loops when it's on the deck etc..

The foam in my old alp kit mat was ok, but hasn't lasted as well as in other pads I've had... Different density of foam etc.. In the new ones but same supplier according to their website.

But Alpkit are a good company, had superb service from them...
