i have some crazy ideas for a home made boulder mat/bed/sofa idea for a van but anybody have a clue what foam is used in mats/ I know its a layer of closed cell and a layer of open cell but any ideas on grades of foam/prices or wotnot???

Vita Cortex (who make various foams) are just over the road so they have access to most foams on the market, very good guys to deal with.
