I found it very useful for general warm up, it works muscle groups rather than single muscles

but to balance out this strange purchase, I'll buy another Beastmaker to be put on top of the other!!!
for instance, I found out that I lack the balance and coordination to keep it in motion if moving it horizontally at chest level. after a few secs, I always went out of rhythm.
