I know it's not really a conditions report per se, but I thought it might be handy to have somewhere peole can put updates on the state of the roads around the Peak in the winter. Certainly I'd be interested when driving over from Manchester.
Anyway, in case anyone is thinking of heading over tomorrow, as of this evening the Snake was closed. The A6 and A621 were passable, but only just.
