Why move into some dilapidated hovel and have to redecorate yourself, when there are inexpensive properties on the market that are good to go.

On another forum I post on we have a thread that is 114 pages long dedicated to houses just as beautiful as this one, you would be amazed at the shit people do to their houses and worse than that the states they let them be photographed in when they are being put on the market.
