Six week training plan....

I'm off to Thailand clipping bolts in six weeks. I'm trying to max my training... Was thinking of block training four  weeks of hard bouldering and campusing and two weeks of endurance. There are loads of training plans about, sticking to it and avoiding injury is the key I guess. Any one had a good out put with block training, or mixing power along side endurance has a better result in such a small space of time... :worms:

strength can be gain in a very short period of time but endurance takes about a month to build so you can feel the benefits, your better off training the endurance first and then the power.
