It'll probably be the inter-muscular compartment membranes. I would stretch less often, and don't stretch before climbing......Counter-intuitive I know, but it might be worth a shot.

i injured my wrist a few weeks ago and since then i ve been paranoid about stretching, and it seems to have come up since then, so i will give that a go, cheers
