Bloody typical - the finger has finally mended and now i've done myself another mischief.
After a spectacular dismount from the bike yesterday (the rock jumped out at me, honest guv') I seem to have a quite obvious tear in the medial end of my deltoid.
It didn't hurt much at all yesterday, and i had a good stamina session on it a couple of hours after the bike bash. Today it's not that painful - kinda bad DOMS level of pain.
Any suggestions for recovery? ICER, or anything else? Any chance it'll progress to a full tear, or just stop where it is now?
