Been away working in Bolivia so been slacking the past few weeks unfortunately....
Past 2 weeks - 1 x PE session and a couple of gym sessions (running, weights etc.)
M: Mountain bike the Camino de la Muetre in Bolivia - Pretty good fun but debatable training benefit
T,W,T,F,S: Nowt
S: Walk down to the cornice with the family, take me boots and harness in case - See Chris and TR Calirion Call cleanly from cold

Best part of 3 weeks off has been tough (probably the longest I've not climbed in 10 years).. Din't feel too shabby on CC which was nice and lost a couple of Kg's being at 3-4000M for a while..
This week: Back with the programme! Lose more weight.
