Don't know what you know?

There is some cool stuff at the Trench at Ogmore which needs a low tide, and dry conditions, but is really water worn limestone and pretty cool stuff to climb on.

The bouldering around Rest Bay I found to be either easy and sharp, or water worn and impossible so probably ideal for you. I don't think there are any topos, just go at low tide and head east from the (expensive) beach car park. There are routes in Box Bay, not too long or hard, but pleasant for a spot of highballing / soloing.

Assume you know about Witches Point?

There is also a quarry in Ogmore which looks excellent, there was some publicity about it a few years back, but not sure what access restictions are. The name has totally escaped me too (sorry).

Otherwise hire a surfboard and get in the sea!
