Pex/Cheshire sandstone about now
July 06, 2011, 10:35:11 am
I'm back in Widnes for the summer and keen for Cheshire sandstone. If it doesn't rain does anybody fancy a punt at Pex this afternoon? Or Harmer's/elsewhere if there's a lift from WA8 available?
Anybody wanting to get out over the next few months drop me a PM if you're looking for a partner.

Maybe Friday Will... see what the weather does, I suspect it'll be a little damp today..

Might see you there over next few weeks, I'll let you know if I'm heading down, likely to be on a weekend afternoon.

Tomorrow? I don't suppose there's any chance of Harmer's being dry and a lift going that way?

Hi mate. I'm in Warrington. Only recently got into bouldering as a way to get fitter, hate gyms. I'm going to a great place in Liverpool called The Climbing Hangar. All bouldering. I'm in Penketh, and been going to pex a bit, to toughen the fingers if nothing else. I know there's a few of us going to the place in Liverpool on Thursday evening, but could be at pex too weather depending. If you fancy the Liverpool spot I can get you in free I think

Cheers.

Nick

Sounds good. I haven't got a car and Pex is only a couple of mins on the bike from me so if the weather is fine on Thursday then I'll most likely pop in in the evening.

Does anybody fancy Harmer's tonight?  :please:

I think I will ride to Harmer's tomorrow. Does anybody fancy hooking up and providing the bouldering mat?

Sorry I never replied yesterday, I was just that minute back from a festival. No use today either, I have to work too (I even actually have to go in to the office, its a complete outrage).

You piss takers! We all know you're academics, there's no need to pretend otherwise.

Following unforseen circumstances I may make it to Pex this evening.
