We are looking for tenants for our house in Nether Edge, Sheffield from September until May 2012 while we go travelling (YYFY!). It's a lovely 2 bedroom fully furnished house (one single and one double room) with garden on Brincliffe Edge Rd, and just 10 minutes drive to Burbage/Stanage
(no 5 minutes, no 4 minutes.......)
It's yours for the bargain basement price of just £500 per month, all bills included except council tax. The reason we are offering the house so cheap is that we have 2 friendly pussy cats Pinhead and Fathead also live here so looking after them would be part of the deal.
Luckily they don't take much looking after (apart from feeding), which can be done if you are going away for the weekend by a 3 day timer or if you go away for longer by our neighbours. All food will be provided BTW (for the cats not you!).
