1999 VW 1.9d(t) SWB Transporter Campervan
We are very sad to have to be parting with our first T4 campervan, it has served us fantastically for the last 6 months on a road trip around Europe, but all good things must come to an end.
The high top gives tons of extra storage space and for us was a must when spending extended periods in the van. Having the safe bolted underneath the sofa gave us great peace of mind as everything of value was well hidden and safe under lock and key. At the rear of the van there is space originally intended to house a toilet although we found it an ideal spot for 2 pads. Other features worth note include the reversing camera and sensors, which came in very handy for first time van drivers, and the flip down DVD screen, which was an added entertainment bonus. The detachable extra seat was great for safely taking a third person on board and was quick and simple to remove when not needed. Aside from average wear and tear (a few paint chips and scuffs on bumper) the van is in great condition and taking into mind the work we have put into it will continue to run smoothly for years to come!
